Monthly Passion Project Co Gathering

You are invited to our monthly nourishing self care, co-working/creating and networking gathering for women.

The intention of this gathering is to offer loving attention and focus to all aspects of our wellness including connection to community and the fanning of the flames of our passion projects / businesses / offerings.

The essence of this gathering is to create:

~ a heart-centred space for women to gather to focus and tend to their passion projects.

~ weaving in wellness experiences like meditation, sharing circles and gentle movement.

~ surrounded by nature and a supportive group of like-hearted women.

It's essentially a networking + co-working event with heart, wellness experiences and encouraging organic growth and authentic connection.

Your Facilitator

For 20 years, Astara, has walked alongside of people from all around the world with transformative and empowering experiences with a blend of her qualifications, training and embodiment in Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology, Touch for Health Kinesiology, Wholistic Counselling, Energy Medicine and Meditation Facilitation.

Astara is passionate about facilitating experiences either in-person or online with groups and individuals, to support people in remembering and reconnecting with their whole self on deeper levels. This is a journey of reconnection, wholeness and embracing our magnificence just as we are.  

Astara is the founder of 'The Passion Project' collective which is heart-centred space for women to gather to focus and tend to their passion projects with wholesome wellness practices while connecting with our natural landscape.

WHO:

These gatherings are for women 16 y/o+ who are interested in 'filling up & overflowing their inner cups' and have a project that they wish to focus on e.g. computer work, business, creative venture, artistic expression, writing a book, finishing a course.

WHERE:

Private venue on Fairhill Road Ninderry, QLD

(20 mins inland from Coolum beach)

Friday 10th April 2026

Future dates:

10/04, 01/05, 12/06

TIMES:

9:45am arrival for a 10:00am start.
12:45pm close.

COST:

$30 per person.

NUMBERS:

There is space for 12 women to attend.

THE FLOW OF OUR GATHERING:

9:45am - Arrival and settle in with a cuppa provided surrounded by gardens at an outdoor covered area on acreage.

10am ~ opening and intention setting meditation amongst the trees.

10:15am ~ gentle movement & monthly topic.

10:30am ~ Networking sharing circle.

11:00am ~ Focus Session Round One (working on our project individually - closing with 5 min stretches).

11:30am ~ Focus Session Round Two (working on our project individually - closing with 5 min stretches).

12:00pm ~ Focus Session Round Three (working on our project individually - closing with 5 min stretches).

12:30pm - Closing Circle with voicing our focal points for the month ahead and/or receiving support from the group.

12:45pm - Close.

WHAT IS A 'FOCUS' SESSION?

This is when a timer is set for the group for each women to 'deep dive' into their own individual project such as writing, planning, designing, content creating, website updates.

This is usually a 25 min session in silence followed by 5 minutes of guided stretching.

It is quite profound what births from this space as we collectively enter the flow state.

There is the option to rest, nurture and 'what what you like' during this time too ~ whatever feels most aligning in the moment for you.

PLEASE BRING:

~ Headphones if you choose to listen to music during the focus co-working sessions.

~ Any materials you may need for the co-working sessions e.g. devices and chargers, diaries.

~ Promo material for networking e.g. business cards, flyers, posters.

We have space for 12 women so please reserve your place by purchasing your ticket below.

You will then receive a welcome email with more details about our nourishing event.

Cancellation Agreement:
If you are no longer able to attend the gathering, refunds are available 7 days prior to the event. Tickets are transferrable if you can find someone to attend in your place.

In the event that the gathering is cancelled, tickets will be 100% refunded.
